Le attività corsi ed entrata libera saranno tutti i mercoledi dalle ore 20:00 alle 22:00 con possibilità per il dopo piscina di cenare al bar/ristorante del centro sportivo QUEEN'S club a prezzi convenzionati .will be conducted the following activities:
Full Course Kayak : Course duration 4 months to learn the basics of canoeing, the use of various types Kayak up to al'esecuzione dell'eskimo-Cadence will 2 times per week
Monday from 20:00 to 21:00 with specific exercises in the gym and weight room, followed by a Physical Education teacher:
the part of the course carried out in the gym and training involves the development of "conditional capability" (with particular reference to strength, endurance and joint mobility), aimed directly at the gesture and the provision of kayakers .
on Wednesday from 20:00 to 21:00 for ilcorso theoretical and practical Kayak followed by instructors and qualified teachers.
end of each month will be organized a 'outlet for all students.
Registration for the course "FULL KAYAK" Sacada September 25 for a number closed up to 10 students; the cost of the course with the use of the gym by 4 months for a total of 32 lessons plus 4 outputs is € 240.00 payable in two tranches FROM € 120.00 . (Costs are included in full equipment for the duration of the course) 
COURSE ESKIMO : Duration: 3 lessons € 90.00 including equipment
COURSE FREESTYLE : private lessons or course of 3 lessons (prices on request)
FREE ENTRY: Every Wednesday from 20:00 to 22:00 with their own equipment € 5.00 (reservations by Tuesday) FREE TRAINING : gym Monday from 20:00 to 22:00 - water wednesday from 20:00 to 22:00 with their own equipment € 30, oo monthly
KAYAK TEST : free by reservation, swimming pool entry € 5.00
